Jenna Jacobs was recently promoted to marketing coordinator from her position as administrative coordinator. It was not long after joining Interface that her skills in marketing and research were recognized, leading to her promotion to marketing coordinator. In her new role, she assists in the development of the firm’s marketing and public relations initiatives and administrative processes. Ms. Jacobs is a specialist in developing and maintaining the firm’s social and digital media, including the website, LinkedIn, Twitter, and e-mail blasts. She assists with the firm’s search engine optimization (SEO) and paid internet advertising efforts and tracks performance for all online marketing campaigns. Her skill in developing graphics provides support for marketing initiatives and client matters. Additionally, Ms. Jacobs manages the firm’s client database and provides management consulting, document management, and litigation support services as needed on client matters.
