Biography
Senior associate consultant Sean Pellegrino is an industry veteran with more than 43 years of engineering, project management and execution, and consulting experience in onshore and offshore oil and gas. His work includes responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle, from cost estimating and planning to commissioning, start-up, and closeout, on scopes ranging from multi-million-dollar domestic to multi-billion dollar international projects. Mr. Pellegrino has developed, amended, and implemented advanced work packaging (AWP) programs for some of the world’s largest EPC contractors, and he co-chaired the Construction Industry Institute initiative to develop the AWP best practice industry standard. As a subject matter expert in project and construction management, Mr. Pellegrino provides expert services related to contracting, schedule development and assessment, claims avoidance, risk identification, and project planning and execution.
