This year’s workshop, presented by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, an institute of The Center for American and International Law, will be held at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel in Plano, Texas, June 19th through June 21st. The workshop’s theme is “Expect the Unexpected: Adjudicating Changed Circumstances in Commercial and Treaty Arbitration,” and the sessions will investigate how the challenge of changed circumstances and associated legal doctrines is addressed in contract and investment treaty arbitration.
