Interface Sponsors the State Bar of Texas Basic Course in Texas Construction Law

Interface Consulting International, Inc., is pleased to continue its long-term sponsorship of The Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, which includes its sponsorship of The Basic Course program and day one luncheon. The program, co-sponsored by The Construction Law Foundation of Texas and The Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, will be held on December 5 and 6, 2019, at The Hyatt Regency Houston. Lisa Sumner Heard and Eric K. Rodriguez, PE, will represent Interface at the event.

Attendees at the Basic Course will hear from a faculty of distinguished construction lawyers, who will provide practical information regarding construction contracts, state lien laws, and the construction dispute and resolution process. The program will also discuss the selection and use of construction experts, introduce a basic glossary of construction terms, and review successful strategies for mediation and arbitration.
