Interface Continues Design Builder Sponsorship of the State Bar of Texas Annual Construction Law Conference
Interface Consulting International, Inc., a global expert services firm, is pleased to continue its support of the Annual Construction Law Conference as a Design Builder Sponsor, Golf Tournament Hole Contest Sponsor, and exhibitor at this year’s event. Held on February 28 and March 1, 2019, at La Cantera Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas, the 32nd annual conference is jointly sponsored by The Construction Law Foundation of Texas and The Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Frank Adams, Christopher (Chris) Sullivan, Eric Rodriguez, Gray Slocum, Lisa Sumner Heard, and Karen Matthews will represent Interface at the event. As a Design Builder Sponsor, Interface will host a discounted lunch for attendees on February 28.
The annual golf tournament on February 27 will kick off the conference activities. Interface is sponsoring the closest-to-the-pin contest, as well as providing team photos. Chris Sullivan and Eric Rodriguez will participate in the golf tournament, while Lisa Sumner Heard and Karen Matthews will oversee the contest and photograph the teams.
The conference features two full days of construction-related presentations, beginning with a case law update. This year’s sessions will cover topics including standard of care, residential construction arbitration, breach of contract versus breach of warranty, and liquidated damages, to name a few.
