GlassRatner will be “Taking Care of Business” at the ABA Forum on Construction Law Annual Meeting
Houston, TX (March 28, 2018) – New Orleans, Louisiana, is the location of the 2018 ABA Forum on Construction Law Annual Meeting, and GlassRatner is proud to once again be a Platinum sponsor and exhibitor.
This year’s meeting will be held April 11-13 at The Roosevelt New Orleans. The theme for the conference is Taking Care of Business: A Mini-MBA Program for the Construction Lawyer. The plenary sessions on Thursday, April 12, will cover various subjects including the economics of construction, risk management, corporate and project structure, and ethical dilemmas. Friday’s workshops will touch on construction finance and accounting, avoiding pitfalls in E-discovery, and the unique challenges of contracting outside the U.S., as well as other topics.
As always, the ABA Forum on Construction Law has planned special events that convey the spirit of the conference’s locale. This year, attendees will parade down the streets of New Orleans to the House of Blues, and enjoy a late-night event on Bourbon Street.
