Interface Continues Sponsorship of State Bar of Texas Basic Course in Texas Construction Law

Interface Consulting International, Inc., is pleased to be a high-rise sponsor of the 2021 Basic Course in Texas Construction Law, which will be held December 9-10, 2021, at the Westin Galleria Dallas. Michael Purtell and Cody Crawford will represent Interface at the event.

The program serves as a practical introduction to Texas construction law, led by experienced construction lawyers from around the state. Various sessions will provide information regarding construction contracts, Texas lien laws, tips to avoid malpractice, and disputes and dispute resolution. Attendees will also gain an understanding of the relationships between parties involved in the construction process, common pitfalls in contract drafting, and insurance coverage and claims.
