Interface Consulting Sponsors ABA Annual Meeting as Forum Celebrates 45th Anniversary
Interface Consulting International, Inc., a construction expert services firm, is pleased to be a Platinum sponsor of the 2022 American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law Annual Meeting. The conference, which marks the Forum’s 45th anniversary, will be held May 4-7, 2022, at the Sheraton New York Times Square in New York City, NY. Lisa Heard, Dennis Jasinski, and Karen Matthews will represent Interface at the conference.
This year’s program, “In-House Counsel Summit: Shining a Light on the Construction Issues Keeping In-House Counsel Up at Night,” examines what it takes for construction industry in-house counsel to be successful in their various roles and responsibilities as well as how outside counsel can best support an in-house legal team. Four days of insightful practicums, plenaries, and workshops are highlighted by a special conversation with the Honorable Shira A. Scheindlin, a former federal judge known for her landmark opinions on electronic discovery.
In addition to the learning sessions, a variety of special events will provide opportunities to connect with colleagues and experience the Big Apple in style. The Racing for Good fundraiser will take runners and walkers on a 5K tour through Central Park, while the women’s networking event combines work and play with a fashion presentation at the iconic Saks Fifth Avenue. On Thursday, attendees’ spouses and guests can explore the food, culture, and history of Greenwich Village during the day, and the excitement continues into the evening with a black-tie gala to formally celebrate the Forum’s milestone 45th anniversary with music, dancing, and fellowship.
