Interface Consulting’s highly experienced civil and infrastructure team, led by Dennis R. Jasinski and Matthew Scheps, PE, possesses the diverse qualifications necessary to provide valuable insight and analysis.

Mr. Jasinski joined Interface earlier this year as a principal consultant, bringing over forty years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. He has provided expert services on complex public and private projects, many valued in excess of $1 billion, in multiple countries, ranging from hospitals, schools, and stadiums to major highways, airports, bridges, utilities, and transit lines. As a construction and scheduling expert, Mr. Jasinski is deeply experienced in CPM schedule development and delay analysis, construction management, damage assessment, and labor productivity analysis, and has testified over thirty times in trial, deposition, and arbitration.

Mr. Scheps, a senior consultant and licensed Professional Engineer, has over 10 years of industry experience, including eight years with several large general contractors as a project manager, project superintendent, and project engineer on several major transportation, infrastructure, and heavy civil projects. He leverages this experience to provide drawing and specification review, change order management analysis, constructability assessment, and schedule delay analysis to Interface’s clients.
