GlassRatner Announces Staff Additions

GlassRatner is pleased to announce the recent additions of Tapan Patni and Gabriel Paglicawan to its staff of engineering and construction experts.

Director Tapan Patni joins GlassRatner with over 25 years of experience as an engineer, project manager, and consultant, including 20 years with a leading full-service EPC company. A mechanical engineer with technical expertise in process optimization, constructability analysis, design, scheduling, and cost estimating, Mr. Patni has worked extensively on projects across the petrochemical, midstream, and power and energy industry sectors.

Gabriel Paglicawan joins GlassRatner as a senior associate. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Houston and possesses six years of industry experience in project management and mechanical design. Mr. Paglicawan leverages his experience with suppliers and leading engineering firms to address matters such as change claims, scope growth, and defect analysis.
