Ms. Heard has been with Interface since 1988 and oversees the firm’s commercial operations and internal management systems, as well as the professional growth of its employees. She also takes part in Interface’s networking and business development efforts by building and maintaining client and corporate relationships. “Lisa’s commercial and business operations management,” said Mr. Adams, “has led Interface to be one of the most respected and successful firms in the expert services industry.”
Mr. Adams will remain with the company as an executive advisor, assisting the firm with strategic management planning and business development. He will continue to aid Interface’s expert services work with his construction management expertise and his experience on over 400 construction projects in more than 70 countries.
