Interface a Platinum Sponsor of Inaugural ABA Forum on Construction Law Summer Conference

Interface Consulting International, Inc., a construction expert services firm, is pleased to continue its Platinum sponsorship of the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law at the Forum’s first-ever Summer Conference. The event, “The Art of Negotiation,” will be held July 27-28, 2022, at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

The program focuses on the strategy and techniques needed to negotiate successful outcomes in a variety of situations. Topics including “Planning and Executing Contract Negotiations,” “Alternative Dispute Resolution: Techniques for Effective Settlement,” and “Ethics in Negotiations: What You Can and Cannot Do” will provide valuable information to all attendees, from counsel and neutral parties to consultants and factfinders.

Special events kick off the day before the conference starts with the new attendee meet and greet as well as the exhibitors’ reception, and continue Wednesday evening with both the women’s networking reception and the welcome reception. No visit to Lake Tahoe would be complete without exploring the beautiful scenery, including through the optional catamaran excursion around the lake on Thursday afternoon.
