GlassRatner Announces Additions to Expert Team

GlassRatner (formerly Interface Consulting) is pleased to announce the recent additions of Joseph Bouhadana and Art Aycardo, PSP, to its staff of engineering and construction experts.
“GlassRatner remains committed to its practice of providing superior expert services by cultivating a team of consultants with broad, multidisciplined industry experience,” said senior managing director Lisa Heard. “We look forward to the insight Joseph and Art will bring to the services GlassRatner provides on our clients’ construction claims and disputes.”
Director Joseph Bouhadana joins GlassRatner with over 30 years of international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) experience in oil & gas, offshore wind power, and nuclear plant projects for major owners and top-tier contractors. His experience includes managing projects in South America and leveraging his extensive commercial and technical knowledge in project closeout and arbitration support for high value claims to provide expert analysis and assist clients with complex construction disputes and mediation. Mr. Bouhadana holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Tennessee; he is fluent in Spanish and French.
Art Aycardo joins GlassRatner as a senior associate. He holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from the University of Houston and possesses seven years of construction industry experience, including four years focused on forensic scheduling. Mr. Aycardo is an AACEi certified Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) and a certified Associate Constructor with the American Institute of Constructors; he holds OSHA General Industry Safety and Health and OSHA Construction Safety and Health certifications. Mr. Aycardo uses his strong project controls foundation to support GlassRatner’s clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process.
