Nicholas V. Ninan, CCP, EIT, PMP
Biography
As a senior associate at GlassRatner, Nicholas Ninan draws on more than ten years of experience as an engineer, estimator, financial analyst, cost manager, and consultant to provide expert services and analysis on complex construction projects. He specializes in construction disputes and forensic consulting, providing rigorous, defensible analyses in support of mediation, arbitration, and litigation matters.
His work focuses on independent quantum and damages assessments, including evaluation of cost overruns, schedule delays, productivity impacts, design deficiencies, and alleged breaches of standard of care. He routinely analyzes project controls systems, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and detailed cost records, and performs in-depth reviews of change order histories, pay applications, daily reports, subcontractor files, engineering documentation, and cost-to-complete data to establish causation, entitlement, and quantification of damages.
Mr. Ninan prepares expert reports, exhibits, and demonstrative materials and works closely with attorneys, experts, and project teams to translate complex technical and financial issues into clear, well-supported conclusions. His experience spans industrial, commercial, infrastructure, energy, aerospace, and public-sector projects with values ranging from tens of millions to multi-billion-dollar programs, supported by a strong foundation in engineering, project controls, and financial analysis.
