Interface Returns as Design Builder Sponsor for The Basic Course in Texas Construction Law
Houston, TX (November 16, 2017) Interface Consulting is pleased to once again be a Design Builder Sponsor as well as a lunch sponsor for The Basic Course in Texas Construction Law. The Construction Law Foundation of Texas and The Construction Law Section of The State Bar of Texas jointly sponsor this two-day course. This year’s Basic Course will be held November 30 and December 1, 2017, at the Westin Galleria Dallas. Lisa Sumner Heard and Eric Rodriguez, PE, will represent Interface at the event.
The Basic Course in Texas Construction Law will be taught by a distinguished faculty of construction lawyers who will focus on practical information concerning construction contracts, Texas lien laws, and disputes and resolution in construction. Attendees will also gain an understanding of basic construction terms, the relationships between parties involved in a construction project, and the perils to recognize and avoid in contract drafting and construction litigation.
