GlassRatner Announces Expert Promotions

GlassRatner, a global expert services firm, is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Cody L. Crawford and Jacob P. Hammond, CST. “As we continue to evolve as an organization, these individuals have been integral to the high-quality service GlassRatner provides to our clients,” said Lisa Heard, executive vice president. “Their commitment to delivering innovative work and striving for professional growth has created a positive impact that is indispensable to GlassRatner’s success.”

Mr. Crawford has been promoted to senior managing consultant. His project portfolio spans a wide variety of engineering and construction industry sectors, including oil and gas, buildings, infrastructure, power, and chemical and petrochemical. “Since Cody first joined us in 2014, he has taken ownership of every assignment,” said Ms. Heard, “and consistently demonstrates his engineering, project management, and construction safety expertise, which has gained him the respect and appreciation of both clients and colleagues.” In his new position, Mr. Crawford will oversee client engagements and take on a greater role in the company’s business development endeavors.

Mr. Hammond has been promoted to senior consultant. He joined GlassRatner in 2018 as commercial coordinator and has transitioned to technical work, gaining expertise in document and schedule analysis and recently becoming a Certified Scheduling Technician (CST). “Jacob has demonstrated his sharp analytical skills and technical proficiency in dissecting challenging and complex projects with cost overruns and scheduling delays,” Ms. Heard said. “He has served the company well in many capacities on both work products and commercial initiatives and continues to meet every milestone.
