Philip Barnard, Interface Consulting senior vice president and a principal consultant, is a 40-year veteran of the construction industry. As the former Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Houston, his background includes multimillion-dollar construction projects, heavy civil and bridge construction, and project management for facilities and municipal projects.
