Travis C. Wingo, Project Consultant

Travis Wingo brings his hands-on industry experience in construction management to provide expertise in claims, litigation, arbitration, and management consulting. An experienced project manager of commercial and heavy industrial projects, he is skilled at cost estimating, overall project management, and overseeing all financial aspects of a project. Travis also has extensive experience designing, estimating, and managing large fired equipment retrofits within the refinery and petrochemical facilities. Coupled with his educational background in construction management, Mr. Wingo enhances the Interface Consulting project team by specializing in project risk analysis and mitigation as he effectively evaluates project management issues, schedule delays, change orders, and cost overruns.

Michael A. Purtell, Project Consultant

Michael Purtell combines his practical construction experience and formal education in construction management to concentrate on project management oversight, engineering and construction claims, and design and construction deficiencies. With both domestic and foreign experience with a major EPC contractor on LNG export facilities, his responsibilities included assignments as a piping field engineer, project manager, subcontract administrator, and civil superintendent. Interface’s clients benefit from Mr. Purtell’s unique insight into project delivery systems, including project cost and schedule analysis, planning, procurement, and change order management.

Cody L. Crawford, Project Consultant

A chemical engineer by education as well as an experienced environmental consultant, Cody Crawford assists clients with evaluating construction projects, analyzing construction claims, ensuring environmental compliance, and providing support for disputes in litigation or arbitration. Mr. Crawford contributes to the quality of the work product by assisting with complex construction document research and analysis; preparing demonstrative evidence; analyzing contract documents; and evaluating design, procurement, and construction issues.
