The American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on the Construction Industry, in cooperation with the Construction Litigation Committee of the ABA Section on Litigation, met April 12-13 for its 2007 Annual Meeting at the El San Juan Hotel & Casino in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Interface Consulting International, Inc., exhibited at the networking and educational conference that hosted legal and legal support professionals in the construction industry from around the country.

The theme for this year's conference was Lessons Learned: Benefiting Your Project from Others' Experiences - Good and Bad. The presentations explored lessons learned from contractors, owners, design professionals, and their lawyers on projects and disputes and highlighted what went right, what went wrong, and how to overcome similar challenges in the future. The program addressed a wide range of issues for transactional counsel and litigators.

The ABA fall meeting will be held in Newport, Rhode Island, on October 25 - 26, 2007, at the Hyatt Regency Newport Hotel and Spa.
