Industry Veteran Waylon Whitehead Joins Interface Consulting
Interface Consulting International, Inc., a construction expert services firm, announces the recent addition of industry veteran Waylon T. Whitehead, PMP, DRMP, to its staff as a senior managing consultant.

Mr. Whitehead also has a proven track record of providing advisory services to help clients ensure timely and accurate delivery of global energy projects, which will greatly benefit Interface’s clients.”
A seasoned veteran of the oil and gas industry, Mr. Whitehead has 30 years of experience working with leading EPC contractors and major energy companies leading project controls and risk management on international construction projects, including in North and South America, Australia, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, with a focus on LNG and mega projects. He is also well known both for his expertise in quantitative data analysis and as a scheduling expert and claims specialist on large-scale LNG projects and EPC contracts. In addition to his work on LNG claims, Mr. Whitehead has leveraged his cost, scheduling, and risk analysis expertise to assist clients in mediations and legal and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Whitehead is a certified Project Management Professional and Decision and Risk Management Professional, and he frequently speaks at industry events on project risk and scheduling topics. He holds a certificate in Global Energy Leadership from Rice University as well as Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Houston.
