Managing consultant, Christopher Sullivan, authored an article entitled "No Harm - No Foul: An Equitable View on Liquidated Damages for Delay," for the prestigious construction industry magazine, Construction Executive. His article appeared in the Legally Speaking section of the September 2005 issue.

Mr. Sullivan's article addressed liquidated damages, including what liquidated damages are and are not, the associated issues that often lead to litigious actions, and a case study examining the effects of liquidated damages on a project.
