Amanda Larson, a senior consultant for Interface Consulting, has over 10 years of domestic and international engineering, construction, and project management experience. Ms. Larson has worked on major projects across a variety of industries, including LNG, biofuels, power, marine, infrastructure, chemical, and petrochemical. Her involvement on projects spans the full project lifecycle from the initial pre-front end engineering design (FEED) phase through detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Ms. Larson combines her education as an electrical engineer and international MBA with her EPC and consulting experience to assist clients with the technical, commercial, and project management matters of a project. She addresses matters such as change management, schedule delay and cost overruns, scope growth, labor productivity, and cost estimating. Overall, Ms. Larson’s extensive industry experience enables her to understand the complexities and challenges of project execution from both the owner and contractor perspective.
