Project consultant Tygue Rudolph provides consulting and advisory assistance to clients relative to numerous complex construction matters, including schedule delay and acceleration; labor disruption, interference, and productivity impacts; and design/construction defects. Mr. Rudolph has advanced hands-on knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and working experience in a contract claims environment involving delay issues. His prior industry experience includes engineering and construction for residential, commercial, health care, educational, sports, and infrastructure projects. Mr. Rudolph holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and Interim Cost Consultant (ICC).

- Provides contemporaneous and forward-looking CPM schedule analysis and delay quantification for change orders and delay claims using industry-accepted and/or contractually stipulated schedule analysis methodologies
- Performs forensic CPM schedule analysis and delay quantification by means of industry- and court-accepted methodologies, including windows analysis, time impact analysis, contemporaneous period analysis, impacted as-planned, collapsed as-built, and as-planned vs. as-built methodologies
- Analyzes and quantifies labor disruption, interference, and productivity impacts utilizing measured mile, earned value, modified total cost, as well as specialty and general industry productivity studies

- Evaluates and quantifies damages relating to workmanship and design/construction defect issues
- Provides comprehensive litigation and arbitration discovery assistance and document research
