• Analyzes complex engineering and construction data and simplifies themes and messages for construction claims, construction defects, and breach of contract matters
• Develops high impact, persuasive graphics, demonstrative evidence, and multimedia presentations that are integral to successful negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation outcomes
• Prepares graphics for use in claims, expert opinions, and dispute resolution forums to illustrate delays, disruptions, acceleration, labor productivity impacts, and associated cost overruns and damages 
• Produces award winning visual communications for the firm including marketing collateral, public relations announcements, flash presentations, and special event materials 
• Provides conceptualization, design, and development to support clients per assignment requirements either indirectly through construction consulting or directly through the graphic design and art department
