Peter van der Schans, ICC, a project consultant for Interface Consulting, specializes in arbitration and litigation consulting, management consulting, claims preparation, and electronic discovery. His responsibilities include the analysis of cost overruns, schedule delays, and other project management issues for the preparation of construction claims and quantification of damages. In addition, his expertise includes performing contract analysis; assisting with negotiations relating to contracts and license agreements; analyzing and quantifying schedule delay, disruption, acceleration, labor productivity and inefficiency issues; and performing change order and RFI analyses. His prior experience includes work as an arbitration specialist for a prominent legal firm and as a project engineer for an EPC firm and an industrial sector plant. Mr. van der Schans holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Regis University.
