Frank Adams serves as founder, president, and a principal consultant for Interface Consulting. With over 35 years of experience in construction and engineering matters involving more than 300 projects in over 45 countries, Mr. Adams utilizes his extensive expertise to provide assistance to owners, contractors, and their attorneys in the prevention, management, and resolution of construction claims and disputes. Mr. Adams has testified as a construction expert in US federal and state courts and in arbitrations on a global basis under AAA, LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, and VIAC forums.

  • Serves as an industry expert in complex construction disputes relative to labor productivity, delay, contract damages, scheduling and construction management issues, testifying in US federal and state courts and numerous arbitration panels administered under AAA, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and ICC forums
  • Serves as an advisor on troubled construction projects to senior level management on construction contract and project management issues unique to domestic and international construction projects.
  • Facilitates dispute resolution by developing strategies and tactics to achieve settlement for the firm’s clients
  • Prepares and supervises the preparation and analysis of construction claims concerning quantification of contract damages issues related to schedule delay and acceleration; labor disruption, interference, and productivity impacts; contract termination, and construction management and engineering
  • Provides senior management direction and overall management of the firm
  • Educates the firm’s new and mid-level consulting staff on topics involving construction disputes, claims preparation and analysis, arbitration and arbitrator issues, and construction related litigation and mediation
  • Provides educational programs to industry groups and associations
