Frank Adams serves as founder, president, and a principal consultant for Interface Consulting. With over 35 years of experience in construction and engineering matters involving more than 300 projects in over 45 countries, Mr. Adams utilizes his extensive expertise to provide assistance to owners, contractors, and their attorneys in the prevention, management, and resolution of construction claims and disputes. Mr. Adams has testified as a construction expert in US federal and state courts and in arbitrations on a global basis under AAA, LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, and VIAC forums.
