Principal Consultant Presents at NBI Construction Conference

Philip D. Barnard, PE, CCE, co-presented "Building a Foundation for Managing Complex Construction Law Issues in Texas" at the National Business Institute's (NBI) spring construction conference held in Houston, Texas. The presentation addressed some of the legal issues commonly encountered on construction projects. Mr. Barnard specifically discussed the challenges brought about by changes and extras and offered insight into troubleshooting scheduling issues.
