Interface Consulting Participates in ABA Forum Meeting in San Francisco 

Interface Consulting attended the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on the Construction Industry Mid Winter meeting held at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco on January 28, 2010. The firm participated in the exhibition and also co-hosted a cocktail reception with law firms, Ernstrom & Dreste, LLP, and Shields Mott Lund, LLP, on Thursday, January 28.

The conference featured several plenary sessions and panel discussions. Some of the topics included Hot Issues in Pursuing Claims Against the Federal Government, Legal Ethics Issues in Federal Construction Contracting and Is It Public or Isn’t It?: Requirements and Pitfalls on Publicly-Funded Privately-Owned Projects.

The ABA Forum on the Construction Industry conferences attract industry professionals as a means to educate, discuss trends or problematic matters, and network with other like-minded members.
