Interface Consulting International Presented Construction Claims Seminar in New Orleans 

Interface Consulting again moderated the one-day seminar, Construction Claims in Louisiana, held on February 6, 2009, at the New Orleans Marriott. The event was sponsored by Lorman Education Services and was moderated by the president of Interface Consulting International, Inc., Frank G. Adams.

The seminar was being presented by John D. Person, Esq. of Middleberg Riddle & Gianna, and Herman C. Hoffman Jr., Esq. of Simon, Peragine, Smith, & Redfearn, LLP.

The agenda included topics on Specific Claims and Controlling Legal Authority, Construction Defects Under the Louisiana New Home Warranty Act as well as an interactive session with the panelists. The day concluded with a question and answer session.
