Consultants Achieve Prestigious Cost Engineering Certifications

Philip D. Barnard, PE, senior vice president of Interface Consulting International, Inc., and Senior Consultant Christopher L. Hanvey recently attained the certified cost engineer (CCE) certification from AACE International, the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering.

AACE International's certification program validates the skills and knowledge of cost management professionals worldwide. Mr. Barnard and Mr. Hanvey are recognized specialists who, by their experience, education, and ethical qualifications, have met a demanding set of criteria set forth by AACE International.

Mr. Barnard has over 35 years of engineering and construction management experience. In addition to his CCE certification, he is also a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.

Mr. Hanvey has extensive engineering and construction management experience and has been published in numerous notable construction-related periodicals.
