Interface Consulting International, Inc., Exhibits at ABA Forum on the Construction Industry 

The American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on the Construction Industry, in cooperation with the Construction Litigation Committee of the ABA Section on Litigation, met April 24-26 for its 2008 Annual Meeting at the La Quinta Resort & Club in La Quinta, California. Interface Consulting International, Inc., exhibited at the networking and educational conference that hosted legal and legal support professionals in the construction industry from around the country.

This year's conference centered around the topic Don’t Tell Me What I Should Have Done What Should I Do Know? Confronting the Unexpected. The program addressed advanced strategies for dealing with the development of unanticipated problems arising during the construction process and beyond. Speakers gave real project scenarios along with solutions as to how to deal with situations that were encountered on construction projects. Attendees walked away from the three-day program with a wealth of knowledge of how to best meet their clients’ needs when handling the unexpected.

The next meeting will be the ABA Fall meeting, Winds of Change – ConsensusDOCS, to be held in Chicago, Illinois, on September 11 - 12, 2008, at the The Fairmont Hotel.
