Senior associate consultant Don Martin has more than 25 years of finance, accounting, tax, and operations experience in construction- and energy-related industries, both domestic and international. He specializes in providing business and financial advisory services which include bankruptcy, turnaround, workout, restructuring, planning, and due diligence. During Mr. Martin’s tenure as CFO and director of a top ENR international construction firm, he was heavily involved in negotiating credit facilities, monitoring corporate debt, and arranging capital financing. In addition, he has considerable experience as a bankruptcy advisor and turnaround/crisis manager for distressed entities, providing advice on asset disposal, cost reductions, balance sheet management, and reorganizations. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Detroit.
