The sending of an e-mail to Interface Consulting does not create, and the receipt of which does not constitute, a consultant-client relationship. Any information obtained through this website is of a general nature and is not intended to be construction, legal, or professional advice and/or opinions, nor should you consider it as such. Also, please be aware that anything you send to anyone at Interface Consulting will not be considered confidential, secret, privileged, or otherwise protected from disclosure unless we have formally agreed in writing to work with you for a particular matter and a conflicts check has been successfully completed.

Unless we have a mutually agreed retainer letter and contractual basis in writing for a particular matter, please understand that no information provided in an e-mail that you send to one of our consultants will prevent Interface Consulting from assisting a different client in the same matter. Also, you understand and agree that Interface Consulting may subsequently use such information that you provide to us in assisting another client. Consequently, please do not send confidential or sensitive information and/or documents to anyone at Interface Consulting until you have been notified that a written retainer letter and a contractual basis have been accepted by Interface Consulting.
