Chris Hanvey, a senior consultant with Interface Consulting, focuses on project management, engineering and construction claims, and construction defect/workmanship issues. He specializes in analyzing and quantifying claims involving schedule delay and acceleration, disruption and productivity inefficiencies, change order management, project mismanagement, and defective construction. He has worked on projects involving numerous industries including commercial building, transportation and infrastructure, offshore, petrochemical and industrial facilities, and pipelines. Additionally, Mr. Hanvey provides comprehensive litigation assistance including the development of demonstrative evidence supporting client positions for mediations, arbitrations, and trials. His previous industry experience includes work as a cost estimator and project supervisor on commercial building projects. He is a certified cost consultant (CCC) with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI). Mr. Hanvey holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

- Prepares and evaluates construction claims involving schedule acceleration, delay, interference and disruption, CPM schedule analysis, loss of productivity, changes, and project mismanagement
- Quantifies and evaluates damage models including discrete pricing, total cost, modified total cost, measured mile, industry studies, direct costs, and indirect/overhead costs
- Reviews bid proposals and contracts to analyze contract risk and provides proactive support services
- Evaluates construction workmanship issues and construction defects
