Defective Design

Hundreds of a contractors' requests for information (RFI’s) and owner-issued change orders led to a massive disruption of labor and delays in the construction schedule. An Interface Consulting expert used this illustration to show the widespread distribution of the disruption throughout the recreational facility jobsite.
